Graceful Waters

When I visited this location only a few weeks before, the riverbed was completely dry and yet, ironically as Autumn progresses and the leaves on the trees begin to die, new life is brought to the waterways by the seasonal downpours.  By using a polariser, I was able to cut out the glare on the water and bring the beautiful colours of the submerged rocks into the scene in order to complement the green of the foliage, and provide a lovely earthy tone to the image.

Location - Lerderderg State Park, VIC.
