The old jetties at the mouth of Kororoit Creek in Melbourne's west are just so full of maritime charm. With some long abandoned small boats, overgrown slipways and rusting machinery it really is an atmospheric place. The dramatic weather on the day added to the mood and I just managed to get this shot of the broken jetty before the shower seen in the horizon put an end to proceedings.
