Rame Head Rising
  • Rame Head Rising

A panorama which highlights the remoteness of the tiny 13th century Chapel of St Michael which sits atop the headland in this remote part of Cornwall in the UK.  I was staying at the nearby Polhawn Fort, where I was attending a family wedding, and managed to clamber along the narrow, winding coastal path in the dark dodging deer and horses on the way, and was lucky enough to be treated to a sunrise which seemed to compliment the history and drama that oozes from every inch of the area.

Location - Rame Head Heritage Coast, Cornwall, UK
