A stunning tropical sunset illuminates the skies over Phuket, Thailand.  Even though I was on a family vacation I managed to arrange to head out as I could see the sky looked primed for a wonderful show.  We had caught the edge of a typhoon in the preceding days, so the atmosphere was still heavy and humid, which is always a positive sign for some decent light.  Unfortunately, the humidity had also played havoc with my equipment which, even though I had left outside of the air-conditioned room to acclimatize, kept on misting over which made capturing anything decent impossible.  Luckily on this particular evening I managed to fire off a series of shots of the empty beach before there was any condensation.
