A classic view of the Melbourne CBD, wonderfully reflected in the still water of the Yarra River.  As with most photographs timing is everything, but that usually applies to the light, whereas in this particular image it refers to the need for the water to be completely still.  There seemed to be a bird landing on the surface, disturbing the scene every time I opened the shutter.  Luckily I managed to capture this shot before a bird landed no more than a second after I’d finished.
