Having relocated to this area in the winter of 2022, I was keen to find some new locations to visit and luckily one of them was right on my doorstep.  This hidden nature reserve is a small natural oasis of native fauna etc and it was only after driving past the entrance one morning that I even realised it was there.  That afternoon I headed back and had an enjoyable time scouting for new compositions.  As I did, I could see that there was some lovely soft light developing in the sky so I headed to one end of the lake and used the completely still waters as a mirror to reflect the sky and the trees.  I feel there are potentially more images to be made here, so will return regularly.
