I'd wanted to visit these gardens in the Dandenong Ranges for a number of years but, had always seemed to finish up elsewhere whenever I'd headed in this direction.  In the Autumn of 2022 I finally managed to avoid all other distractions and spent the day wandering around the extremely impressive grounds.  The small boathouse was an obvious subject but, given there were a number of people enjoying the surroundings I had to wait quite a while before the shot was clear.  Luckily the diffused light overhead provided a soft feel to the image.
