Spring can offer wonderful photographic opportunities, as the quickly contrasting weather conditions can provide dark moody skies, deep warm glowing sunsets and strong stormy winds.  A quick trip to my local beach saw all these elements come together one evening in early November 2017.  I've shot this particular image numerous times and will no doubt return here again on many more occasions but like all home comforts there's a reassurance in the places we know so well.
