The jetties at the mouth of Kororoit Creek have so much character, and they have become one of my 'go-to' places when I need to find a location quickly if I decide on a last minute shoot. I'd been here a couple of weeks earlier, but as I arrived a movement out of the corner of my eye caught my attention. As I looked round I saw the end half of a Tiger Snake disappearing under one of the many sheds that line the banks of the river, so when I returned on this particular evening I had one on my surroundings as well as one on the wonderful sunset that was developing above. I tried a few different angles but settled on this as my favourite.
