Whilst browsing my portfolio during the winter of 2025 I realised that even though I live in a beautiful coastal town, I didn't have many actual photographs from here.  I then made a conscious decision to try and make more photographs in and around my immediate local area.  It was an enjoyable experience trying to compose what I sometimes take for granted and on this particular evening, the spring showers moved through just in time for the sunset to illuminate the empty beach and remaining clouds above.
